  • Truth by data. GA4, GSC, tagged events and more. We argue with graphs, not opinions.
  • Care deeply. Pixel, word, and line of code count. We leave things better than we found them.

4. Hiring process

  • Intro call (20–30 min). Walk us through 2–3 recent works. We’ll share team setup, tools, and success metrics.
  • Skills check (two parts). Live pairing (25–35 min) + a time-boxed micro-brief (real task; clear scope & rubric).
  • Team interview (45–60 min). Meet the pod you’d join; practical questions and collaborative sketching/pairing.
  • Offer & onboarding. A 30–60–90 plan, a starter project, and your first metric to move.

Structured rubrics; time-boxed tasks (≤2h for most roles). We pay when briefs exceed 90 min or produce assets we keep.
